What is special about our Workforce Sustainability and Productivity Programs?
Firstly, they take a comprehensive and holistic approach to health and wellbeing addressing 14 key lifestyle factors that affect health, work, home and life balance.
Secondly, with the cost of medical approaches to health soaring and mounting concerns over side-effects this program prides itself on being the first completely natural corporate wellbeing program. We don’t focus on illness screening services. Our focus is on addressing lifestyle factors that can prevent the development of a lot of conditions.
Thirdly, there are a lot of one-size-fits-all, we-know-more-about-you-than-you-do wellness programs that tell you what you need to do to regain your health and life balance without taking the unique demands of each workplace into consideration. Our program starts by asking each participant what their particular health goals and needs are and assessing their lifestyle habits. This enables us to design a program that helps to address your organisation's and employees' individual needs.
Finally, with time being an increasingly precious commodity this program has eliminated the arduous, the confusing and the time-consuming methods, instead boosting your employees’ wellness and productivity with time-saving strategies that produce enhanced results. Let’s face it; a lot of us have a rough idea on what is needed to improve our wellbeing and life balance. The real challenge is in finding how to incorporate these changes into an already busy life. This program provides those real-life solutions.
The results speak for themselves...

You begin with an Initial Needs Assessment and Work Environment Audit to discover the particular areas and issues that are inhibiting workers productivity and identify challenges specific to the organization/department.
Create sustainable wellness and productivity gains within an organization are not an event. It is a process involving significant cultural change. To facilitate this change, this program provides a series of six wellbeing and productivity workshops held every two months that specifically create improvement in the areas identified.
Participant’s progress, feedback and challenges are measured bi-monthly and the workshop content continually evolves to the changing needs of the workers to ensure that sustainable wellness and productivity isn’t just learnt but actually incorporated into employees work and home lives.
Each participant also receives a copy of the best-selling business health book From Burnout to Balance in Four Weeks to accompany the workshops. It is a 28 day program showing you step-by-step how to integrate healthy lifestyle change and work life balance into a busy and productive work, family and social life without turning your life upside down.
